Here’s our latest conversation with Maggie Rodriguez on “Daytime.”

Recently, we had the opportunity to sit down and talk with Maggie Rodriguez from “Daytime” about our real estate market. It was an insightful conversation, so we thought we would share it with you.

What does the market look like today?

It’s no secret that we’re living through a hot seller’s market right now, but are sellers getting overconfident? That’s what we think, and a big part of the problem is that sellers keep hearing about how great the market is for them. Don’t get us wrong; the market is fantastic, but you still need to do all the little things to get top dollar for your home.

How can people get a great deal?

We recommend you contact a professional to help you get the most money for your home. Most people don’t sell houses every day, so when it comes time to sell, it’s easy to get in over your head. That’s where we come in. We want to make things as smooth as possible for our clients.

We highly recommend you work with a local agent because real estate will always be a localized industry. The rest of the world is moving towards a global scale, but every market is unique. We know all the nuances necessary to help you no matter your situation.

“We try to take the old school and combine it with the new school.”

What advice do you have for buyers?

If you’re a buyer, this market can be a little frustrating. We understand how disheartening it can be to make a bid on a great home and not win. That’s why we give our clients access to homes that aren’t even on the market yet. As long as you’re willing to make a strong offer, you don’t have to worry about competition.

What makes the Borham Team different?

There are a lot of great teams out there, but Team Borham’s approach is unique. We try to take the old school and combine it with the new school. By that, we mean we still do stuff like open houses, postcards, and local calls, but we’re also leveraging platforms like Google and Facebook to reach a broader audience.

We’d like to thank Maggie Rodriguez and “Daytime” once again for having us on their program. If you have any questions about today’s topic or anything else, please call or email us. We are always willing to help.
